Hi, anyone reading

I have decided to start a SEXISM campaign. Everytime I see a piece on DeviantArt which represents a girl - or a boy - naked of half naked in a provocative way, I put a comment saying 'SEXISM'.

I decided to do that because I see very regularly pieces featuring this type of portrait - very, very often young girls. I hate that objectification of the human body. I hate when sex is presented in a piece in an objectified way with the pretext that "this is Art". And everybody seems to be OK with that.

Not me.

I think a lot before putting the comment. If a piece features nudity but - according to me - in a true artistic way, without art being used as a pretext to feature sexism, I won't put the "SEXISM" comment.

If you want, please follow me and do the same.
We are not objects. We are human beings, with a body AND a heart AND a brain, thank you very much.
After all, these are the reasons why DeviantArt exists, aren't they?

J'ai décidé de commencer une campagne SEXISME. A chaque fois que je vois sur DA une oeuvre représentant une fille (ou un garçon) nu ou à demi-nu, de façon provocante, je mets un commentaire "SEXISM".

J'ai pris cette décision parce que  je vois régulièrement des oeuvres présentant ce genre de portrait, très souvent des jeunes filles. Je déteste cette objectification du corps humain. Je déteste quand le sexe est présent dans une oeuvre et objectifié sous prétexte que "c'est de l'Art". Et tout le monde a l'air de prendre ça cool.

Pas moi.

Je réfléchis beaucoup avant de mettre le commentaire. Si une oeuvre représente un nu, mais (selon moi) de manière vraiment artistique, sans que l'art soit utilisé comme prétexte pour 'encourager' le sexisme, je ne mettrai pas le commentaire "SEXISM".

Si vous voulez, suivez-moi et faites de même. S'il vous plaît.
On n'est pas des objets. On est des êtres humains, avec un corps ET un coeur ET un cerveau, merci beaucoup.
Après tout, ce sont les raisons pour lesquelles DeviantArt existe, non?
